FAQs
- Can I bring my pet? Yes! We are a pet friendly store and Santa would love to see them! Please note, there will be a large amount of people, children, and other animals, so if your furry friend doesn’t do well with any of those things, as a safety precaution, please leave them home. Thanks for understanding!
- Can I bring the whole family? Yes, absolutely! The more the merrier. Santa looks forward to seeing everyone.
- Where are photos located? Santa photos will be out taken in our cozy greenhouse, so make sure you bring your winter coat. And don’t worry, we’ll have hot cocoa to warm you right up.
- Is the event free? Yes! This event is free; however, we’ll be accepting donations to the Christmas for Kids charity, helping bring joy to little hearts this season.
- When will I get my photos? Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your photo(s), but we generally send before. Your photos will be sent to the email address you provided on your photo slip, so be sure to write clearly.
