Moscow Contemporary’s After School Art Program consists of art and movement classes for ages 2-11 year olds.
Our art classes are offered on Tuesday (Ages 5-7) and Thursdays (Ages 8-11) from 3:45-5:00pm. These classes are taught by Education Director Megan Mack and explore diverse materials, mediums, and art forms while using inspiration from contemporary artists and beyond. Classes encourage play, as well as technique and art history.
Our after school movement class: Animal Dances is led and created by local artist, dancer, and choreographer Corrie Befort. Classes are held on Monday (ages 6-11yrs) from 4:15-5:30pm and on Friday (ages 2-4yrs) from 10:00-10:45am. This class brings physical education, creativity, technical skills, and imagination together to create a unique class for students who love to MOVE!
